- The fpdb HUD is included in the same download as fpdb, regardless of whether you download a compressed release or pull from a public git repository. The HUD is a separate program from pfdb, which fpdb starts automatically when an auto import is started. Fpdb and the HUD share a configuration file (HUDconfig.xml) and the fpdb database.

HUD
HUD is one of the main functions of any poker tracker software and Hand2Note is no exception. Hand2Note provides users with advanced positional and dynamic HUDs, but you can also use simple static HUD. Learn more about different types of HUD from this article. Two default HUD profiles are available in Hand2Note immediately after installation. In the main window, under the list 'Poker Sites & Networks' please press 'Configue'. You can skip any pop-up dialogs. In the window 'Import Configuration', in the list of poker sites, please choose poker site which matches OUTPUT FORMAT from poker sites list (by default it is PokerStars). Press Add under 'Directories Configuration'. Oct 25, 2013 To configure HUD for your poker room, do the following: Launch PokerTracker and make sure that it is automatically importing hand histories. For information on configuring automatic import of hand histories, see your Site's Configuration Guide. Play a couple hands at a poker client compatible with PokerTracker 4.

Database
Hand2Note uses its built-in database server by default. So you don’t need to have PostgreSQL installed on your PC to correct Hand2Note operation.

My poker HUD allows me to always have information available on my opponents right on my poker table, such as:

Well, this is where the back-end filters inside PokerTracker help you. In order to use them just open up the Cash Filters box (or Tournament Filters box if you play tournaments), as shown below.
After that choose Actions and Opportunities and go ahead and filter for any scenario possible. For example, maybe playing Ace King in the blinds is giving you trouble?
Just filter for all hands where you played Ace King from the blinds and you will be able to see your wins and losses and replay all the hands as well.
This allows you to find out why you might be losing in this situation. You can also use the PokerTracker LeakFinder to assist you in this.
I conjunction with PokerTracker I also recommend that you start learning some advanced poker strategy so that you understand how to beat good players.
You need to know the advanced math, game theory and exploitative strategy to consistently win especially as you move up the stakes.
